  1. This cheat will give you $500,000 and all Technologies and rewards.
  2. pause the game then follow these steps
  3.  
  4. 1. press Ctrl-F3.
  5. 2. Click on the Rotate Counterclockwise icon.
  6. 3. Click on the Resize box (lower right corner of city window).
  7. 4. Click on the Status Window.
  8. 5. Click on the Population icon.
  9. 6. Click anywere inside the City Window.
  10. 7 Pull down the Disasters menu and select the line between riots and
  11.  No Disasters.
